1. Services Provided

Gardeners Balham offers a range of gardening services, including but not limited to:

Lawn Maintenance: Mowing, edging, and fertilizing your lawn to keep it healthy and vibrant.
Planting and Landscaping: Design and installation of plants, shrubs, and trees to enhance your outdoor space.
Weed Control: Removal and management of unwanted weeds to maintain garden aesthetics.
Garden Clean-Up: Clearing debris, pruning, and preparing your garden for different seasons.

2. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is expected as follows:

Pricing: Our service charges are based on the scope and complexity of the project. A detailed quote will be provided prior to commencement.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash.
Payment Schedule: A deposit of 50% is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our policies regarding cancellations and refunds are as follows:

Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service.
Refund Policy: If a cancellation is made within the stipulated notice period, a full refund of the deposit will be issued. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total service cost.

4. Liability

Gardeners Balham strives to deliver high-quality services. However, our liability is limited in the following ways:

Extent of Liability: We are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or damages not caused by our actions during service delivery.
Insurance: We maintain liability insurance to cover potential damages caused directly by our workers.

5. Scheduling and Timing

Timely service is a priority for us. Here are our policies related to scheduling:

Appointment Scheduling: Services are scheduled based on availability. We aim to accommodate your preferred dates and times.
Delays: In the event of unforeseen delays due to weather or other factors, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule accordingly.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the smooth execution of our services, customers are expected to:

Access: Provide clear access to the property and garden areas to be serviced.
Preparation: Remove any valuable or fragile items from the garden area to prevent accidental damage.
Communication: Inform us of any specific requirements or preferences prior to the service date.

7. Changes to Terms

Gardeners Balham reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as needed:

Gardeners Balham is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
